Mish and Marcuss’ birthday!

5.21.12

We had Shadi drive us to Savemart so I could buy Mish a cake. I decided on the vanilla cake because it looked nice and light. Then when she came back from the arc with Meens, we surprised her with a midnight happy birthday song! Kind of a fail gathering, though, because we weren’t expecting her to come to Alder. I gave her my present (Nails inc nail polish set) and Mish looked happy and said she wanted to buy it when she was shopping with her friends a while ago, so I’m glad she liked it.

Then for dinner, Soph and I went with Mish to this Japanese restaurant and I got ramen because I have not had it for so long. Soph told the server it was Mish’s birthday, and the server made it super awk by coming up to our table and going, “Excuse me, is it someone’s birthday today?” LOL. But yeah, Mish got fried ice cream from them.. on top of the green tea ice cream she ordered.

Eric went to Savemart and bought Marcuss his cake. On midnight, we lured him into Arvind’s room and sang him happy birthday because Kate is scary when she hears noise. Me, Eric, Mish, Paul, Wesley, and Ems all pitched in and got him Diablo III, the newest gamer’s obsession. When he saw it, he gave out this really girly scream hehehe. Then I gave him the present that I bought for him by myself, which was the poster that he pointed out when we went to the music store a week or two before that. :)

For dinner, we went to In-N-Out and we had the cashier say happy birthday to Marcuss on the intercom before we started singing superloud and embarrassing him. After, the cashier came by and gave Marcuss a In-N-Out hat for his birthday! 

Needless to say, I am officially broke (especially after my shopping trips). But I’m glad I met these guys here in Davis. They’re really the bestest friends a girl can ask for. Thanks for staying by my side even when some crazy bitch keeps trying to shit talk me with her messed up logic. :)
